Working at strategic and operational levels in private and public sectors and qualified in Management and Organisational Learning & Development, Brian is an experienced executive coach, facilitator and trainer possessing considerable experience in promoting change through executive coaching and is experienced in leading cultural change and leadership development programmes. Brian is BPS A&B (Int) accredited, an Investor in People Assessor and qualified in Emotionally Intelligent Coaching. A Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership & Management
and also a Member of the Institute of Management Consultancy. He is an innovator and initiator of business improvements who firmly believes that we all have enormous opportunity for growth and development.
Rosemary Martin - FCIPD, Cert EI (Senior Consultant)
Rosemary has a wealth of experience helping organisations succeed both as an operational manager and as an HR consultant and business coach. Initially employed by the Midland Bank, Richard Costain and W S Atkins, she has operated at a senior HR level for Selfridges and Allders of Croydon. She has helped over 200 clients across all sectors and sizes achieve business and personal success. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), qualified in Applied Emotional Intelligence Coaching, a lay member of the Employment Tribunals and accredited Investor in People Assessor and Adviser. As an experienced coach and management developer; business, executive and personal development coach; yoga practitioner and teacher, Rosemary assists organisations to manage change and achieve goals through their people.
Ray Hobby - Cert ED, HND, I Eng, MITE, MCMI. (Associate Consultant)
With extensive experience in industry and education Ray has a multi-faceted approach to the development of teams and innovative leadership. He enables leaders to identify their own opportunities for organisational development through applied Emotional Intelligence programmes and innovative presentations. Ray is experienced in developing managerial capability and has worked in an advisory capacity assisting managers to achieve Chartered Manager status within the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The CMI has awarded Ray the status of Branch Honorary Officer ‘in recognition of outstanding contribution and dedicated service'. Amanda Knight - Cert EI (Associate Consultant)
Amanda is a highly experienced AppliedEI™ facilitator and coach who is passionate about human potential and authenticity. Her particular interest is in promoting the importance of EI in leadership and she has helped the NHS and the Skandia Group add insightful Personal Awareness modules into their own in-house leadership programmes. She has developed a pioneering approach to EI development through experiential learning, particularly using the outdoor environment, and also a personal EI development programme for individuals. Amanda is co-author of the book 'Applied EI: the importance of attitudes in developing emotional intelligence', and is course director of the world's leading practitioner programme in applied emotional intelligence.
