EIP worked with a group of managers using an individual EI diagnostic for initial assessment followed up with four one-hour, one-to-one coaching sessions over a nine-month period.

Dawn had made several attempts at encouraging her team to engage and take responsibility for the development and delivery of their objectives. Technically competent to their own specialist areas the team had difficulty in effectively collaborating and tended to work in their own silos.
